I’m writing a research paper on it, but I don’t quite understand how the Industrial revolution related to nationalism in the 19th century. Our thesis has to be in this format- Despite X, this is true because A, B, and C. So far my thesis statement is- Despite the fact that many different people and events influenced the American culture, the Industrial Revolution played a big role in American nationalism because it allowed self reliance, it benefited the United States economically, and ______________________.
